We remind our prospective clients that we are not therapists, and while we do offer the opportunity to talk through challenges, our goal is to help our clients better understand themselves, their environment(s), and how the way they interact has an impact on others. We work to develop skills to better manage distressing situations through emotional regulation, dialectical skills, and to show how improved communication can help overcome challenges.
