In addition to a 30-year career in Corporate America, Nicole has well over 20 years of experience working with youth as a counselor, mentor, coach, and advocate.  Drawing on her experience in youth work, Nicole created Affinity Mentoring in 2012 to provide Silicon Valley youth a resource for guidance through challenging times.  In 2016 Nicole's experience expanded to include a peer support group for university students and young adults - helping them to build/maintain a specific skill set to help manage the rigors of school or early career life.  In 2020, Nicole founded Fortitudecareers.org, a nonprofit organization to assist young adults in finding career options.
